STREET SIGNS
Gilded Springs neighborhood is on the map! Roadways are paved, striped, and now have their street name signs installed: Ben Taylor Crossing, Barker Lane and Cameron Court. Prior to occupancy, there will also be two speed bumps added to Ben Taylor Crossing.

GILDED SPRINGS HOME ADDRESSES
House numbers have been approved and are shown below in red. Combine the number with the street name the driveway connects with and that will be the new home's address.
CONSTRUCTION IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER...
The first homes are on track to start in July/August as future homeowners are currently finalizing and signing purchasing contracts.
Availability
A couple Phase I and II lots have come available and the availability map has been updated to reflect this.
