The neighborhood is starting to take shape with two completed Porch Homes along Cameron Court and the upper cul-de-sac. Finished in August, these are the flagship homes of the neighborhood, but they won't be alone for long as a third Porch Home (Lot 18) is due to be finished in October.

The first Cottage homes are now underway, with foundations poured for two new homes, one of which will be fully framed just after Labor Day (see photo below). A third Cottage on the Cameron Court cul-de-sac will be have its foundation poured later in September.
