Bringing Us Up to Date - 2025

It has been an exciting couple of years at Gilded Springs - the neighborhood's upper cul-de-sac is almost completely built out and homes have been occupied for some time now. There is one remaining lot in the cul-de-sac at 226 Cameron Court (Lot 12).

More homes on Ben Taylor Crossing and Barker Lane are being added as well. Two homes near the Main Street entrance are dried-in and expected to continue construction through the winter months as weather permits. These homes will be complete and ready for their new homeowners in late Winter or early Spring 2026 depending on what kind of weather we see here in the foothills.

The house shown in the image to the right is Lot 25 - one of the two lots on the right hand side when you drive in the Main Street entrance. This photo was taken in August of this year, so it's already looking a bit different with siding, windows and shingles. Across the street, Lot 3 is also moving right along, with its framing complete and roof dried in.
