First Homes Under Construction

With beautiful fall color surrounding the neighborhood and clear blue skies, Lot 9 and Lot 13 are under construction! Foundations have been poured and framing is underway for these two lots and Lot 18 will be started later this month.

What's next?

Construction will continue on these houses, plus Lot 18 through this Winter, with anticipated completion in Spring '23. The next set of homes will be starting in Winter/Early Spring '23.
